1. Provider
Marcela Reindlová, Company ID (IČO) 87711125, registered office Oty Bubeníčka 1611/7, 104 00 Prague 10 – Uhříněves, a sole trader under the Czech Trade Licensing Act.

2. Introduction
These terms govern massages, maderotherapy, lymphomodeling, device treatments and other services (the “treatments”) provided at Beauty Body by Maarcy locations and at the client's home. By booking a treatment, the client confirms they have read and accept these terms.
3. Booking
Appointments are booked online through the Booqito booking system on this website, or by phone or e-mail. The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed. Massage at your home is arranged by phone.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed with each treatment on the website and in the booking system and are final. Treatments are paid on site after the session, or in a way offered by the booking system. For massage at your home, the price and any travel cost are agreed in advance by phone.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before it starts, in the booking system, by phone or by e-mail. If a client does not show up without notice, prepayment may be required for future bookings.
If the provider has to cancel for a serious reason (e.g. illness), the client is informed as soon as possible and offered a new date.
6. Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, the treatment is shortened accordingly so the next client is not affected; the price stays the same.
7. Health
Before the treatment, the client truthfully informs about their health, especially pregnancy, acute inflammation, skin conditions, varicose veins, a pacemaker or other contraindications listed for each treatment. The provider may refuse or adjust a treatment that could cause harm. Treatments are not medical care and do not replace a doctor's examination.
8. Withdrawal
Treatments are services provided on an agreed date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. Appointments can still be cancelled under point 5.
9. Complaints
If the client is not satisfied, they should say so without undue delay, ideally on site, or by phone or e-mail. Complaints are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumer disputes can be resolved out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz.
11. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. These terms are effective from 9 October 2026.
