What data we process
- name, phone and e-mail you provide when booking or contacting us,
- booking details: chosen treatment, location and time,
- details needed to issue a payment receipt,
- for massage at your home, the address we should come to.
Health information you share so we can check contraindications is used only to decide whether a treatment is suitable for you.

- Booking and providing the treatment – performance of a contract.
- Accounting – legal obligation.
- Answering your enquiry – legitimate interest.
How long we keep data
Booking data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and handle any complaint, at most 3 years after your last treatment. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law (10 years).
Who processes the data
Bookings run in the Booqito booking system, whose operator processes the data as a processor under a contract. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to maarcyreindlova@gmail.com or call +420 722 261 328. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
